Foot speed and reaction time.

Foot speed drill you can try at home. you will need

  • markers

  • a partner

  • two legs is preferred

Try 1 minute rounds with a partner calling different numbers. Make sure you do a 5 minute warm up and stretches before.

This still is great for improving reaction time. Foot speed and accuracy. Which are all very important in boxing.

This is a drill I have been through with a strength and condition coach. He goes by the name of Guru because that is what he is when it come to strength and conditioning.
